About your order
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
The email may have ended up in your junk, spam, or trash folder in your mailbox. Please check there first.
Also, please check that the email address you registered when placing your order is correct.
*If you use an email address from a mobile phone company (such as ezweb.ne.jp, docomo.ne.jp, i.softbank.jp, au.com, etc.) the security settings of your mobile phone may block your email from being received. Please contact your mobile phone company for information on changing your security settings.
Can you issue a receipt?
When ordering, please write "I would like a receipt" in the comments section.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various credit cards, other online payments, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (Sagawa Express).
*COD requires a COD fee (starting from 330 yen). The fee varies depending on the purchase amount.
Can I pay in installments using a shopping loan?
We do not accept installment payments at the time of purchase. Payment methods are limited to lump-sum payments. Revolving payments and bonus payments are not accepted.
Regarding delivery
Can I choose the delivery company?
Customers cannot specify the delivery company.
When will I receive the product?
After placing your order, we usually ship within 3 business days.
We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Are there shipping charges?
Currently, all shipping is free. However, for customers who wish to have their order shipped to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and other designated areas, an additional shipping fee will be charged. After placing your order, we will contact you by email.
Cancellation Policy
Can I return it?
Returns are not accepted unless the item you received is not what you ordered or is defective. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.
If you wish to return a product for any of the reasons listed above, please do so within one week of receiving the product.
Can I exchange it?
If you receive a product that is different from your order or if there is a defect in the product, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
We will exchange the item after confirming the contents. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for reasons of the customer's convenience, such as "the item is different from what I expected" or "the pattern looks different."
Q Handling of tie
QCan I do laundry in Thailand?
Cannot be washed at home.
Depending on the material, it may be possible to clean it with a short wash, dry cleaning, or air drying.
If the product becomes dirty, please consult a professional dry cleaning service.
What should I do if the shape gets distorted?
Do not iron directly on the item, but use a cloth to iron gently with a steam iron (leather, PVC, brass, etc. cannot be ironed). Avoid ironing for long periods of time.
About gift wrapping
What kind of wrapping is provided for standard shipping?
The product will be placed in a black box.
Can I get gift wrapping?
We will put a red ribbon tape on the black box. (Free of charge)

Where is the store?
We do not have any retail stores in Japan. In addition to our regular online store, we also hold pop-up stores on an irregular basis.
The schedule and locations of the pop-up shops will be announced to email subscribers via newsletter or official LINE.
What is the difference between an "email member" and an "account"?
If you register as an "email member," you will receive newsletters with information about new products, occasional discount coupons, pop-up shop announcements, and more.
By creating an account, you can create a wish list and view the history of your past orders.
You can purchase from the online shop without an account.
